These terms explain use of prhandymanservices.com, provided by PR Handyman Services LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. They cover this website and do not replace an estimate, booking confirmation or service agreement for your project.

1. Home Tips and project information

Home Tips, checklists, illustrations and other website content provide general planning information. They do not assess your property or confirm that a product or method is suitable for your situation. Follow the manufacturer’s current instructions and applicable safety requirements. Get appropriately qualified help when a task is unsafe, requires permits or trade credentials, or you are unsure how to proceed. Never perform unsafe work just to take photos or measurements.

2. Estimate requests and bookings

Sending a general contact or estimate request starts an inquiry. It does not, by itself, confirm an appointment, a price or an agreement to perform work. Photos and descriptions may help with an initial assessment; hidden conditions or installation requirements may require an on-site assessment before scope and price can be confirmed. If you use Book Online, review the details and any confirmation shown or sent for that booking. Ask us if your appointment status is unclear. Prices and times shown for completed projects describe those particular jobs, not a quote for another project.

3. Project information and photos

Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and only share materials you have permission to provide. Do not include unrelated private information, payment-card details, passwords or access codes in a project submission. Sending project materials does not transfer ownership to us. You permit us to use them as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to your request and carry out agreed work, subject to our Privacy Notice. Submitting a photo for an estimate does not authorize its public use in advertising or our project gallery.

We may take work-focused photos to document a project. For work accepted under our revised project-photo notice effective October 3, 2026, we may also use photos we take of our own work on our website, social media and printed or digital marketing unless you decline marketing use. Before marketing use, we review photos for privacy-sensitive details and embedded location metadata. We do not publish identifiable personal information without permission. This marketing permission does not cover customer-supplied or third-party photos.

You can decline marketing use before the work or contact us later to opt out. Opting out does not affect your service or price. If you opt out, we stop new marketing uses and remove the photos from channels we control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall printed materials already distributed or copies already shared by third parties. Necessary job-documentation records are retained separately from marketing use.

The revised photo notice is effective October 3, 2026 for work accepted under that notice. Earlier agreements are unchanged. This website summary does not create permission merely by browsing the site or making an inquiry; the applicable project terms and acceptance process govern your work. Estimates require the requested e-signature. Housecall Pro's terms link shows the latest version, while the signed estimate PDF preserves the terms for that estimate. Refer to those accepted terms for your project and ask us if anything is unclear.

4. Website content

Our branding, writing, photos and other site materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to PR Handyman Services LLC or other rights holders. You may view and print our guides for personal project planning. For other reuse, seek permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits the use. Nothing here restricts lawful quotation or honest reviews of our business.

5. Third-party tools and links

We use Housecall Pro for certain contact, booking and customer-portal functions. Review the applicable terms and privacy notices displayed by those tools. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their content and services are managed by their operators. Your project with PR Handyman Services LLC remains subject to the applicable project agreement and law.

6. Use of this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not submit malicious files, attempt unauthorized access or deliberately interfere with its operation. We may change or temporarily suspend website features. Contact us if information appears incorrect or a form is unavailable.

7. Privacy, changes and your rights

Our Privacy Notice explains the handling of personal information and available choices. We may update these Website Terms and will show the revised date here. Updates do not change an existing project agreement or apply retroactively to earlier events. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or restricted.
