PR Handyman Services LLC operates prhandymanservices.com. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or use the service tools linked from it.

Project inquiries and service information

When you contact us, we receive the information you provide. This can include contact details, a service address, project descriptions, product details or links, messages and project photos. We use that information to respond, assess the work, prepare estimates, coordinate services and maintain service records. Please avoid including unrelated personal information in messages or photos.

The website's Housecall Pro inquiry form collects first and last name, phone number, email address, address and a description of the services or repairs needed. Photo uploads are enabled so you can add pictures to your description.

Providing contact details for an inquiry, estimate or booking does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Project photos and marketing choices

We may take work-focused photos to document a project. For work accepted under our revised project-photo notice effective October 3, 2026, we may also use photos we take of our own work on our website, social media and printed or digital marketing unless you decline marketing use. Earlier agreements are unchanged. The applicable project terms govern your work; browsing this website or making an inquiry does not create that permission.

Before marketing use, we review photos for privacy-sensitive details and embedded location metadata. We do not publish identifiable personal information without permission. The notice does not authorize marketing use of customer-supplied or third-party photos; sending a photo for an estimate is not permission to publish it.

You can decline marketing use before the work or contact us later to opt out. Your service and price are unaffected. After an opt-out, we stop new marketing uses and remove the photos from channels we control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall printed materials already distributed or copies already shared by third parties. Necessary job-documentation records are retained separately from marketing use.

See the project-photo summary in our Website Terms and the terms provided with your estimate. Housecall Pro's terms link shows the latest version; the signed estimate PDF preserves the terms for that estimate. Refer to the accepted terms for your project rather than assuming a current link describes an earlier agreement.

Service tools and providers

We use Housecall Pro for the website's inquiry form, online booking, customer portal and review display. Information you submit through those tools is handled by Housecall Pro and made available to us for your request. Embedded tools connect to their providers and can receive browser, device and connection information. Their operation is separate from this website's optional Meta measurement choice. See Housecall Pro's privacy policy.

The Housecall Pro inquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions. Google processes information for that security service under its Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

Our website uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure, database and file storage. Email and internal inquiry tracking can involve Google services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. External social, review and other linked websites operate under their own policies.

Optional measurement and Meta marketing cookies

The website has separate choices for approved campaign measurement and Meta marketing cookies. Both start off. You can use the website and request an estimate without enabling them. Select Privacy at the bottom of a page where the control appears to review or change your choices.

With marketing permission, eligible public-page visits can be sent to Meta for advertising measurement, attribution and retargeting. Information can include checked page and referrer URLs, approved campaign and click identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser/device information. Customer form answers, project photos and private pages are excluded from this integration. Automatic events, automatic customer matching and server-side event sending are off. Some visits are excluded even when marketing permission is saved.

Your measurement choice and our own approved campaign information remain in this browser session for at most 24 hours. This session limit does not apply to information already received by Meta. Meta manages its own cookies and retention under its policies; the Privacy controls provide the current cookie and retention disclosure. Turning marketing off stops future events from our application. It does not retract events already sent. After revocation, re-enabling marketing takes effect on a full page reload. Saving a choice confirms the preference, not successful event delivery.

The website currently has no automatic handling for Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. You can keep optional measurement off or change your choice through Privacy.

Planning worksheets and checklists

The furniture measurement worksheet stays in the current tab and is not submitted or saved online; refreshing clears it. The maintenance checklist is also not submitted or saved online. You can print or save your own copy.

Monthly newsletter

You can sign up through the MailerLite form linked from this website. It asks for your email address and a separate, unchecked choice to receive monthly home-care tips, project photos, service updates and promotional offers. Signup is optional and does not affect your service or price. It does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

MailerLite manages the signup and email subscriptions. New and resubscribing addresses must follow the emailed confirmation link to complete signup. An address already active in our MailerLite account may not receive another confirmation email. We use your email address and subscription and confirmation records to manage subscriptions and send newsletters. Our newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from a newsletter does not stop necessary communications about a service request. Requesting or booking service does not subscribe or reactivate you for marketing emails. Retention and privacy requests

Retention varies with the information and its purpose, including inquiry follow-up, service history, resolving issues and recordkeeping needs. Different business tools and providers can have different retention practices. The browser-session limit described above is not a general customer-record deletion schedule.
